  4. 0.xx: My original !NewIcons program which was able
  5.       to switch between the default icons and my new
  6.       icons.
  7.  
  8. 1.00: Wrote a new basic program and used !TemplEd 
  9.       to create a new application to give better 
  10.       choices. A window is created in which one can
  11.       select between the default icons and the new 
  12.       icons.
  13.  
  14. 1.01: Added the '3DIcons' to the options and 
  15.       templates.
  16.  
  17. 1.02: Decided that 3D templates look much better and
  18.       therefore created 3D templates.
  19.  
  20. 1.03: Changed the program further by adding 
  21.       'Pebbled' icons.
  22.  
  23. 1.04: Added the 'Bizzare' icons.
  24.  
  25. 1.05: Changed the !Sprites to something more 
  26.       meaningful. Altered the templates & tidied
  27.       the program up.
  28.  
  29. 1.06: Added Windows 'look-alike' icons.  These
  30.       were converted from GIF and JPEG images that 
  31.       were downloaded from various internet sites.  
  32.       They were converted using !ChangeFSI and 
  33.       modified using !Paint. 
  34.       
  35. 2.00: Added options to change the background textures
  36.       as well as the icons. 
  37.       
  38. 2.01: This release.  Removed Bizzare Icons, because 
  39.       I don't like anymore, I could never get the 
  40.       Hard Disc and Floppy Drive icons to line up 
  41.       correctly.  Added 'Ultimate Icons' instead.  
  42.       Tidied up the templates using !WinEd.
